Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Refund eligibility

• Setup fee ($300): non-refundable, including if you cancel before onboarding starts.
• Monthly fee ($500): charged in advance for each month of service and not prorated for partial months.
• Billing errors: if we charged you by mistake (for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), we will refund the incorrect amount.
• Other refunds: [DECISION NEEDED: any satisfaction guarantee or other refund situations. Leave blank if none.]

We do not offer any guarantee or refund that is not listed here or in your signed agreement.

02How to cancel

1. Email akonivirtual@gmail.com with the subject "Cancellation request" from the email on your account.
2. Include your name and your agreement ID (it starts with "AV-").
3. We will confirm your cancellation and your final billing date in writing.

03Recurring payment cancellation

• Your $500 monthly fee renews automatically through Stripe.
• During your initial term (6 or 12 months, as chosen in your agreement): you may cancel early, but an early termination fee applies as stated in your agreement (no more than two months' fees).
• After your initial term the agreement continues month to month. Give 30 days' written notice to cancel. Billing stops after the notice period ends.
• Services continue through the last paid period.

04Refund processing times

Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. We send approved refunds within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME, e.g. 5 business days] of approval. Your bank usually takes another 5 to 10 business days to post it to your account.

05Billing questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, email akonivirtual@gmail.com with the subject "Billing question," the date and amount. We respond within [BILLING RESPONSE TIME, e.g. 2 business days]. Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank; most issues are fixed quickly that way. You keep any rights you have under the law and your card issuer's rules.
